REFLECTIONS

Throughout this journey, I learned a lot, which helped me grow. As a designer, I learned
what real industry needs and outcomes they wish to see. I am also glad that I learned
user experiences before so I get to know how to research it as before we design anything,
we have to think about how users feel first. Besides that, I also learned a lot about Graphic
design, which I'm happy with because my specialization is UI/UX so I didn't get to do
much graphic work. It was a great chance for me to learn about layering, product design,
content planning and so on.

Other than work, I also learned a lot from all of my colleagues, they had a different
perspective than mine, especially seniors, as their experiences were greater than mine.
The way they think, manage work and solve problems are things that I can learn. I also get
to work with different departments such as marketing and also IT. This helps me to
improve my communication skills and also get to learn new knowledge from their side.

Overall, I felt grateful for joining this company, It was tiring but yet very happy and fun.
